Daniels Home Management ensures that accurate records are kept, that the proper filing of documents is up to date, and that these files and records are kept in a professional manner, available for inspection and review at any time. A paper trail is always kept for communications, contract tendering, minutes of meetings, maintenance work and all records required by Section 55 of the Act. The "Front Desk" system used for our database ensures a current history of activities, communications, and events involving the Condominium providing a permanent record that is easily accessible.
