The fifth condominium in the Daniels' City Centre Community in Mississauga, One Park Tower is a 38-storey Gothic-inspired landmark that sports eight 226-kilogram Gargoyles on its exterior. Just steps away are City Hall, the Living Arts Centre, Square One and the YMCA. A pathway system lined with lushly landscaped mews leads from One Park Tower to the new public park and community square. Building amenities include a 24-hour concierge and Building Ambassador to provide resident services, an indoor pool, hot tub, steam rooms, change rooms, and strength and conditioning centre. Club 38 is a residents-only rooftop lounge that offers incredible views and encompasses an Internet café, billiards, Foos Ball, a multi-purpose room, bar, fireplace, and plasma screens. In November 2008, One Park Tower was presented with a Mississauga Urban Design Award of Excellence.
