CHICAGO Condominiums is the sixth tower in the Daniels’ City Centre community in Mississauga. The building’s exterior is inspired by The Chicago School of Architecture, which refers to the innovative building design that was prevalent in Chicago in the late 19th century. Also part of this neighbourhood, 32 two-and three-storey CHICAGO Brownstones were designed to complement the condominium tower. All the residences feature an excellent level of finishes, and residents have access to the recreational amenities at Club365, located in the tower. This 17,000 sq. ft. amenity space includes the CHICAGO Lounge, a 6,000 square-foot outdoor terrace, an Interconnecting Fitness Studio, and Mississauga’s FIRST residential 30-foot-high climbing wall. Residents live within walking distance of a three-acre community park, the Square One Shopping Centre, City Hall and the Living Arts Centre. Highways 403 and 407, Mississauga’s Transit and the GO are also close by.
