Daniels has partnered with the Reitman family to form the King & John Festival Corporation, which offers Festival Tower at King and John Streets in downtown Toronto. This glamorous, 46-storey condominium will rise from Bell Lightbox — the new permanent home of the Toronto International Film Festival Group.
